We're moving into new offices at Park Chodov and we're looking for someone to take care of us. Literally.
New space, fresh start. There's room to set things up from scratch and own it.
You're the first face of the company for visitors, guests and vendors. Thanks to you, the office runs smoothly, nothing is missing, and everyone else can focus on their work. You'll work closely with Adela (Operations) and Alžběta (HR), so you'll have a real sense of how the company works from the inside. There's room to take on more over time.

What you'll be doing

• Reception. You welcome visitors and guests, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and manage the company mailbox.
• Office supplies. Coffee, fruit, stationery. Nothing runs out.
• Space management. Meeting rooms, kitchen, common areas. They look good and work properly.
• Keys, access cards, printers and company equipment inventory.
• Vendors. You communicate with the cleaning company, building manager and other external partners.
• HR support. Setting up workstations for new colleagues, onboarding, organising internal events.
• Tracking receipts and tracking down documents.

What you'll need

• You stay on top of things without waiting to be told what to do next. You handle days when the plan changes three times.
• You communicate clearly, with colleagues and external people alike.
• And you're comfortable in Office 365 and Slack.

Nice to have

• Experience in office management, reception or a similar operational role.
• Experience organising events. An eye for detail and aesthetics.

Projects are growing and we're looking for someone to join our team. If you have your own ideas about how things should be done, we want to hear them.
You won't be alone. You'll work alongside Anička – each of you will have your own projects, but you'll help each other when needed. Your manager will be Martin. You'll be surrounded by people who know energy and understand tech.

You'll be in the middle of the action - without you, the project doesn't reach the customer. You'll work closely with Sales, the Software team, Support, and leadership.

Our stack includes YouTrack and Slack. We use AI tools where they make sense.

What will you do?

• Own your clients and their projects from A to Z.
• Take care of customers throughout the project - Sales closes the deal, you take the baton and handle communication and delivery of real value.
• Keep an eye on deadlines, budgets, and quality - so the project stays on track and the client stays happy.
• Coordinate specialists across projects and be the bridge between teams - making sure information gets where it needs to go.
• Step in when things don't go as planned - our clients include companies with large-scale operations.

• Experience managing projects (ideally in ICT or a technology company).
• Excellent communication skills - in Czech and English.
• Natural authority and the ability to lead meetings.
• Flexibility, a systematic approach, and the ability to prioritize.
• Basic understanding of the IT world - you know what an API is and understand how systems communicate.
• You actually care about what's happening at the client's site.

Your closest partner will be CPO Miro. You'll work across engineering, design, delivery, and sales.

What will you do?

• Own a specific area of the product (e.g., energy data handling, optimization logic, or products related to renewables).  
• Be accountable for customers actually using this part of the product in real-world operations.  
• Translate customer and business needs into clear priorities, specs, and roadmap. Shorten the path from idea to validation - new ideas won't just be planned, they'll be quickly tested in practice.  
• Coordinate work across teams so your part of the product works as part of the whole. Keep delivery moving and focus the team on what brings the most value.

What we need from you

• A few years in product management, ideally at a tech company.  
• You use data to make decisions and know how to balance speed, quality, and value. You understand enough tech to talk with developers about what matters. Discovery is part of your everyday work, not something you do once in a while. Solid English for daily use.

A plus, not a must

• Hands-on experience with Product Design or rapid prototyping (Figma, interaction design, testing ideas before development).  
• Experience with data-heavy products - optimization models, predictive algorithms, automated decision-making.

We're looking for a new colleague to join our Sales team.

You'll be acquiring new customers, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with delivery, marketing, and technical teams.

What you'll be working on

• Acquiring new customers - reaching out to companies dealing with energy efficiency, consumption monitoring, or ESG compliance.
• Taking over leads from our partners and moving them through the sales cycle to close.
• Running discovery meetings to understand customer challenges in energy management and offering solutions.
• Guiding clients through the entire sales process - from first contact to signed contract.
• Taking care of existing clients, renewing contracts, and expanding partnerships.
• Working with CRM, preparing sales plans and reports.
