Do you have a few years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software or technology? Are you drawn to energy efficiency and sustainability?
We're looking for a new colleague to join our Sales team.

You'll be acquiring new customers, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with delivery, marketing, and technical teams.

What you'll be working on

  • Acquiring new customers - reaching out to companies dealing with energy efficiency, consumption monitoring, or ESG compliance.
  • Taking over leads from our partners and moving them through the sales cycle to close.
  • Running discovery meetings to understand customer challenges in energy management and offering solutions.
  • Guiding clients through the entire sales process - from first contact to signed contract.
  • Taking care of existing clients, renewing contracts, and expanding partnerships.
  • Working with CRM, preparing sales plans and reports.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years in a B2B sales role, ideally in IT, technology, or energy.
  • Experience selling complex solutions with longer sales cycles.
  • Ability to work with C-level stakeholders – directors, operations managers, technical leads.
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel across the country to meet clients.
  • Czech at a native or fluent level, English at a communicative level.

Extra things we appreciate

  • You already know people in manufacturing, real estate, or local government. These are our main segments, and it helps a lot.
  • You've worked with IoT, smart buildings, or industrial tech before.
  • You use LinkedIn for outreach, not just networking.
  • You're technically curious. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to talk about energy monitoring, data flows, or SCADA without getting lost.

  • We'll walk you through the entire FLOWBOX ecosystem.
  • You'll learn the specifics of energy management and what keeps customers up at night.
  • The technical team will back you up on more complex customer questions.
  • We'll train you in a sales methodology that actually works.
