Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and technically oriented Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling software products. Knowledge of the energy sector, energy management, or industrial technologies is a strong advantage.

We’re not just looking for a salesperson – we want a partner who understands the technical context of our solutions and can communicate effectively with both customers and internal delivery teams.

Your main mission will be to build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support companies in implementing the FLOWBOX EMOS solution – delivering real impact on their operational efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and approach new customers in the fields of energy and industrial digitalization
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate on business strategy development and share customer feedback
  • Support customers during the implementation of FLOWBOX EMOS solutions
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and marketing events
  • Work with CRM systems and prepare business plans and reports
  • Support contract renewals and SaaS subscription management

Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience in a similar B2B sales role, ideally in IT products or the energy sector
  • Verifiable sales track record within the last 10 years
  • Proficiency in working with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Communicative level of English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent command of the Czech language (native speaker level)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of smart buildings, IoT, or industrial solutions is an advantage
