Frequently Asked Questions About the Integrator Partner Tier
Certification consists of a product training and collaboration on a pilot project, through which the required practical competencies are verified. Certification is free of charge, but it requires demonstrating relevant technical skills and experience.
Projects are assigned by the FLOWBOX team based on your location, capacity, and technical profile. There is no competitive bidding process – you are a subcontractor for a specific project assigned to you by FLOWBOX under pre-agreed terms.
No. The Integrator tier is purely technical – the commercial side is handled by FLOWBOX or its Reseller partners. Your responsibility is technical delivery, not customer acquisition.
The Infrastructure Integrator focuses on the physical on-site work – installing meters, laying cables, and building the measurement infrastructure. The SW Integrator installs and configures the FLOWBOX platform and connects it to the client's existing systems. The System Integrator covers both.
You are a subcontractor – FLOWBOX always coordinates and oversees the technical side. In non-standard situations or complex integrations (BMS, SCADA, ERP), a team of FLOWBOX specialists is available to support you.
