Frequently Asked Questions About the Reseller Partner Tier

How is my margin determined and is there a price list?

The margin is entirely yours – you apply it on top of the agreed FLOWBOX price list, which is set at the time of signing the partner contract. The attractiveness of the pricing transparently increases with your commercial performance (details are part of the partner contract). The final price for the customer depends on the value you deliver and your commercial strategy. If you also sell related hardware – such as photovoltaic systems, battery storage, cogeneration units, or compressors – intelligent energy management software can strengthen your customer relationships and support additional hardware sales.

Who handles the technical implementation of the project I sell?

Technical implementation is handled by FLOWBOX or a certified Integrator. As a Reseller, you fully own the client relationship and coordinate the project – physical deployment and technical work are not your responsibility. You can rely entirely on the quality and professionalism of the FLOWBOX integration team or a certified integrator appointed by us.

How does lead protection work? What if the client contacts FLOWBOX directly?

Once you register an opportunity, it is assigned to your company in our CRM system. Every registration is verified and confirmed – from that point, the lead is unambiguously yours. If the customer contacts FLOWBOX directly in parallel, we will notify you immediately. The lead remains yours. Protection is valid for 6 months or until the deal is closed.

Can I sign contracts with clients under my own brand without FLOWBOX being visible?

In the Reseller tier, co-branding is available – presenting under both your logo and the FLOWBOX logo. Partial white-label is also possible, where FLOWBOX appears only as "Powered by FLOWBOX." Full white-label, with no FLOWBOX visibility at all, is exclusively available at the Strategic Partner level.
