You spot an opportunity in your network. You register it on the FLOWBOX partner portal. From that moment, the lead is protected and attributed to you.

Facilitate the introduction

You make the connection between the client and FLOWBOX. From there, our commercial team handles all technical communication, demos, and proposals.

STEP 3

Get paid for a closed deal

Once the deal closes, your commission is paid out according to agreed terms. Transparent, fast, and with no administrative surprises.

How does the commission work and when do I get paid?

The commission is paid once the customer you referred has settled their invoice. The exact amount and payment terms are defined in the partner contract – typically a one-time fee tied to the value of the deal.

Do I need a formal contract or is an informal agreement enough?

A partner contract is required to establish your right to a commission. It allows you to register your opportunities, protects your referrals, and clearly defines the terms of collaboration. We prepare the contract together based on our prior agreement – for an Ambassador, it's a straightforward document, not a complex corporate agreement.

Can I be an Ambassador if I work for multiple companies or run my own business?

Yes. The Ambassador tier is designed specifically for independent consultants and experts. The only requirement is that no conflicts of interest arise – we'll discuss any specific situations during the initial conversations.

How does FLOWBOX protect my referrals? What if the client contacts FLOWBOX directly?

Once you register an opportunity (we call it a Lead), it is assigned to your name in our CRM system. Every registration request is first checked to ensure it hasn't already been registered by someone else – and if not, it is confirmed. From that moment, you have the assurance that it belongs to you. If the customer contacts FLOWBOX directly in parallel, we will inform you. The lead remains yours – and so does your right to the commission. Lead protection is valid for 6 months or for the duration required to close the deal.

Can I move up to a higher tier, such as Reseller, over time?

Yes, every tier can evolve into the next. We welcome this and actively support it when you're ready. If your activities are naturally growing towards active selling and managing customer relationships, you're already on the right path to becoming a Reseller.
