What will you do?

• Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI, focusing on automated deployments to testing and production environments
• Containerize and modernize infrastructure – transitioning from virtual servers to Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools (currently Ansible, later Terraform or Helm)
• Integrate security checks (SAST, OWASP) into CI/CD pipelines to enhance security and compliance with standards
• Work with developers on application deployments and ensure smooth releases (currently every two months)
• Manage on-premise infrastructure (virtual machines) and coordinate customer deployments
• Maintain databases and messaging services, e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, MQTT
• Implement monitoring and logging, gradually improving system visibility and alerting
• Contribute to implementing security standards ISO 27001 and NIS2 – including regular patching and hardening
• Continuously improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency of deployments

What do we expect from you?

• Experience with CI/CD systems, ideally GitLab CI
• Practical skills in Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience with Docker and at least basic knowledge of Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm, etc.)
• Awareness of networking principles, virtualization, and system monitoring
• Experience with databases MySQL and/or MongoDB
• Advantage: knowledge of IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT) or experience in IoT environments
• Familiarity with security standards (ISO 27001, NIS2)
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and responsibility for results
• Sense of humor
