Main responsibilities and tasks

The Solution Architect helps bring our solutions to life. They are a key technical pillar of projects, serving as a technical and project lead for both partners and customers. Their ideas directly influence the real-world operation of smart buildings and industrial sites.

• Responsible for implementing technical projects in the field of energy management software
• Collaborate with development, sales, and partner teams on FLOWBOX solution deliveries
• Design technical architecture, configure, and commission FLOWBOX systems
• Set up communication interfaces with hardware components (sensors, controllers, meters)
• Lead and technically mentor installation teams and partners
• Provide feedback to the product and development teams

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience in managing or implementing software projects (ideally in IoT, automation, or smart building domains)
• Ability to think systemically and find effective technical and cost-efficient solutions
• Knowledge of Linux environments is an advantage
• Experience with HW/SW integration or system architecture is a plus
• Czech language at a professional level, English at a communicative level
• Strong customer communication skills
• Experience in training partners and customers
• Ability to understand customer needs and design appropriate solutions
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills and clarity in expression
• Task-oriented person with good organizational abilities
• Ambitious and energetic personality
• Ability to work independently
• Team player

Tech Stack

• Communication protocols: TCP/IP, Modbus (advantage)
• Basic knowledge of programming languages – PHP (advantage), LUA (advantage)
• Certification according to Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll. (formerly Decree No. 50) is an advantage
