At FLOWBOX, we develop cutting-edge software for energy management – and we’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to help bring our solutions to life. You will be a key technical support for projects, partners, and customers, and your ideas will be reflected in the real operation of smart buildings and industrial sites.

At FLOWBOX we build energy management software that runs in factories, buildings, and smart cities, and we're looking for a Solution Architect to help bring it to our customers.
What you'll do
- Design technical solutions tailored to the customer: architecture, scope, time and cost estimates.
- Own the technical delivery of the project end to end and be the customer's main technical contact.
- Configure and integrate the FLOWBOX platform (Modbus, M-Bus, OCPP, BACnet, MQTT).
- Commission systems on Linux and handle integrations and data flows.
- Travel to customer sites and install and configure equipment on location.
- Feed insights back to development and product from real deployments.
What we're looking for
- Experience implementing software or integration projects, ideally IoT, automation, or smart buildings.
- Knowledge of communication protocols at least at the Modbus/M-Bus level.
- Basic Linux and IP networking skills.
- Independence and a drive to see things through.
- Professional-level Czech, working-level English.
- Category B driving licence.
Nice to have
- Deeper knowledge of energy and OT (LVSA, submetering, microgrids).
- Experience with EMOS, BMS, or SCADA.
- Additional protocols (OCPP, BACnet, OPC, LoRaWAN/ChirpStack).
- Electrical qualification per decree 194/2022 Sb.
- Scripting (LUA, PHP).
