Support role that’s not a typical helpdesk.

Do you have experience in technical support and feel comfortable working with technical solutions? We’re looking for a new colleague to join our Support team.
You’ll work on technical issues and cooperate with other teams.

What you’ll be working on

  • Handling support tickets across L1 to L3 levels – from basic questions to more complex technical issues.
  • Acting as a technical partner for our business partners, supporting them with advanced and non-trivial requests.
  • Finding and fixing technical problems. This may include setting up sensors, meters, or communication gateways.
  • Working closely with development, sales, and delivery teams, and making sure important issues get the attention they need.
  • Building a knowledge base and creating learning materials for partners and customers.

What we’re looking for

  • A technical background in software, IT, or IoT, and experience with L1–L2 support.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and orientation in network environments.
  • Paying attention to details, working in a structured way, and getting things done.
  • Clear, friendly communication skills – you can explain technical topics in a way others understand
  • Czech at a native or fluent level, English at a communicative level (B2)
