What will you do?

• Support installation teams and technology partners in deploying FLOWBOX solutions
• Configure and set parameters for systems (sensors, meters, communication gateways)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Communicate with the development team and escalate technical requests
• Work within our internal ticketing system and create technical documentation
• Assist in training new partners and customers

What do we expect from you?

• Technical background (software, IT, IoT)
• Basic knowledge of Linux and familiarity with network environments
• Attention to detail, a systematic approach, and the ability to see things through to completion
• Clear and friendly communication skills
• Interest in the field of energy management
• Fluent Czech and conversational English
