We're building the team that takes care of our infrastructure and production deployments, and we're looking for one more person. Right now we're two. Michal Frgelec, who leads the team, and Petr, who handles day-to-day support. We see you as the person who'll strengthen our Linux and infrastructure side. There's room to shape how we work and how we set up our processes.

For more complex topics we work directly with the development team. We use YouTrack, communicate over Slack, and use AI tools where they make sense.

What you'll be doing

• Installing and configuring FLOWBOX systems on Linux platforms.
• Managing scripts, packages, and services that keep our solution running.
• Automating routine tasks and system maintenance.
• Working with the engineering and delivery teams on technical project rollouts.
• Keeping systems secure, available, and performing well.
• Writing technical documentation.

What we can't do without

• Solid Linux knowledge, not just basic admin. You understand how things work under the hood. Things like processes, permissions, filesystem, systemd.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured way.
• Proactive approach and an appetite for finding efficient solutions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to see things through.
• Czech at a high level, English at least good enough to read documentation.

What we'll appreciate on top

• Experience configuring network components, VPNs, or security appliances.
• Experience with Ansible or other automation tools.
• Experience with monitoring and incident response.
• Interest in energy management, IoT, or industrial systems.

• The specifics of our infrastructure and on-prem deployments.
