We are looking for a strategic, empathetic yet assertive, and results-driven Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering our new product direction. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will lead the process of defining our product strategy with focus of making our advanced EMOS technology ready for a simpler and more scalable deployment on global markets. The ultimate goal is to transform our offering from a project-based to a product-based solution.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Software Development teams to collect insights, align stakeholders, and craft a clear, actionable product strategy. In the first stage, the task will be more about packaging the existing features, rather building numerous new features. Clear and sensible prioritization is an absolute must.
Your main responsibilities
- Define and lead the creation of a focused product strategy for FLOWBOX’s EMOS platform, balancing innovation with simplicity and scalability.
- Define a clear value proposition for various industries and segments.
- Collect and synthesize inputs from Sales, Delivery, Development and Customer Support teams to shape the product roadmap.
- Build alignment and consensus across teams with differing priorities and perspectives.
- Translate strategic goals into clear product requirements and phased implementation plans => clarity of thought is key.
- Guide AI, analytics, and data innovation. Deliver predictive, self-learning features and advanced energy insights shaping the EMOS future.
- Define and track success metrics. Monitor SaaS KPIs, customer value realization timelines, and sustainability outcomes.
- Monitor product performance and adjust strategy based on feedback and market trends.
- Advocate for the product vision internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
- Build business and financial models and cases to support product and feature development.
- Own customer success feedback loops. Establish NPS/CSAT processes, ensure robust onboarding, and iterate product based on real-world feedback
- Monitor competition to keep leader position of our product and stay ahead of competition.
- Help marketing team to amplify product launch on the market.

Experience & knowledge
- Proven experience in software product management (B2B enterprise SaaS or complex platforms is an advantage).
- Experience with implementing product management in a company culture / change management.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience in translating technical capabilities into market-driven product strategies.
- Familiarity with energy management, IoT, or operational optimization technologies is a big plus.
