We're looking for an Office & Reception Coordinator to keep our new Park Chodov offices running smoothly and be the first face our visitors see.
Why now
We're moving into new offices at Park Chodov and we're looking for someone to take care of us. Literally.
New space, fresh start. There's room to set things up from scratch and own it.
You're the first face of the company for visitors, guests and vendors. Thanks to you, the office runs smoothly, nothing is missing, and everyone else can focus on their work. You'll work closely with Adela (Operations) and Alžběta (HR), so you'll have a real sense of how the company works from the inside. There's room to take on more over time.
What you'll be doing
- Reception. You welcome visitors and guests, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and manage the company mailbox.
- Office supplies. Coffee, fruit, stationery. Nothing runs out.
- Space management. Meeting rooms, kitchen, common areas. They look good and work properly.
- Keys, access cards, printers and company equipment inventory.
- Vendors. You communicate with the cleaning company, building manager and other external partners.
- HR support. Setting up workstations for new colleagues, onboarding, organising internal events.
- Tracking receipts and tracking down documents.
What you'll need
- You stay on top of things without waiting to be told what to do next. You handle days when the plan changes three times.
- You communicate clearly, with colleagues and external people alike.
- And you're comfortable in Office 365 and Slack.
Nice to have
- Experience in office management, reception or a similar operational role.
- Experience organising events. An eye for detail and aesthetics.
What we offer
- New offices at Park Chodov, primarily on-site with occasional work from home by arrangement with Adéla. Multisport card, partially covered. Learning budget (events, courses, webinars) and English lessons. 5 weeks of holiday.
- Team events that are optional. We've been to the mountains, floated down the Berounka river, cook together regularly, and run company breakfasts, laser tag and paintball.
- We have TACO. We send each other recognition and collect it in a company e-shop where you'll find cinema tickets, a day off or your choice of hardware.
- A place where you know what's going on in the company, and colleagues who are happy to help.
What happens next
- Send your CV and feel free to add a few lines about what you're looking for right now. No formal cover letter needed, a casual email works fine.
- You'll have a 30-minute call with Alžběta to align on expectations. If it feels like a good fit, we'll set up an in-person meeting with Adéla.
- Not sure if this is quite right for you? Reach out and we'll figure it out. :-)
