What's it like here?

• The frontend team is small and there's room to grow.
• You'll work with the backend team (PHP/Laravel), product, and QA. Development is led by CTO Juraj.
• We're transitioning to a SaaS product.

What you'll be doing?

• Daily collaboration with PM and design. You'll build components that let them prototype quickly without needing you.
• Working on the Design System (Storybook, components).
• Developing frontend UI for an IoT platform (dashboards, real-time visualizations).
• Gradually taking ownership of the FE architecture.
• Code review and backend collaboration. ‍
• Stack: Preact + hooks, TypeScript, Webpack, REST API, Jest, Cypress, Highcharts

What's essential?

• Experience with React or Preact (we use Preact + hooks pattern).
• TypeScript. The entire frontend is in TS.
• Webpack (build tooling).
• Working with REST APIs.
• Testing experience (Jest, Cypress).
• Ability to work independently, own features, and do code reviews.
• Fluent Czech, communicative English (documentation, Eaton partnership).

Nice to have?

• Experience designing FE architecture. Not just implementation, but the ability to design project structure.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining a Design System (Storybook, component libraries, tokens).
• Ability to audit an existing codebase and propose concrete improvements.
• Experience with Highcharts or other charting libraries.
• SASS/SCSS, BEM methodology.
• IoT or real-time applications.
• Product mindset. You care about how your work fits into the bigger picture.
