We’re searching for an HR Manager to drive recruitment, enhance culture and communication, and serve as a strategic and supportive partner for both management and the team.
For the role of HR Manager, we are seeking a colleague who can lead the recruitment process (primarily through external agencies) and support our employees, company culture, and internal communication. You will be a key player in hiring, a strong communicator, and a strategic partner to management. Most importantly, you will be a trusted and supportive presence for everyone on the team.
Your Role
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop the HR function—overseeing the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment (including onboarding), employee care, complete HR documentation, learning and development, communication, building company culture, and happiness management. You should aspire to be the most popular person on the team 😊.
You will be a partner to management, helping shape ambitious plans through HR solutions that bring real added value.
What You Will Do
- Lead recruitment and onboarding, prepare payroll inputs for accounting, and manage employment and related HR administration.
- Support learning & development, compensation processes, evaluations, and offboarding.
- Act as a partner for managers—both in hiring new team members and in day-to-day people management.
- Support and help develop the FLOWBOX company culture.
- Bring strategic ideas as well as suggestions for well-being activities, and co-create them with the CEO and COO.
- Ensure and continuously improve internal communication.
- Set up processes and guidelines in a growing, expanding company.

What Experience You Need
- A passion for HR is a must 😊
- You don’t need to be a tech wizard, but Excel should be your friend
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, including minimum 2 years in a similar HR Manager / People Manager role
- Ideally experience from a small/medium-sized or fast-growing company
- Knowledge covering the entire employee lifecycle
- Experience in an IT environment is an advantage
