We're looking for someone to take ownership of the office. You're the first face of the company for visitors, guests, and suppliers. Thanks to you, the office runs smoothly, nothing's missing, and everyone else can focus on their work. You'll work closely with Adéla (Operations) and Alžběta (HR), so you'll have real insight into how the company runs from the inside. Over time there's room to take on more — we're looking for someone who thinks ahead and wants to grow into the role.
You'll take care of the office — literally.
We're looking for someone to take ownership of the office. You're the first face of the company for visitors, guests, and suppliers. You'll work closely with Adéla (Operations) and Alžběta (HR), so you'll have real insight into how the company runs from the inside. Over time there's room to take on more — we're looking for someone who thinks ahead and wants to grow into the role.
What you'll do
- Reception. You'll welcome visitors, sort and log the mail, and keep an eye on the data box. Anyone who walks in will feel welcome.
- Office supplies. Good coffee, fresh fruit, a full stock of paper — the small things that make the day a bit nicer.
- Taking care of the space. Meeting rooms, the kitchen, shared areas — keeping things cozy and running as they should.
- Suppliers. You'll build relationships with the cleaning company, the building manager, and other partners. When something's off, you're the one who calls.
- HR support and company culture. Free rein on team buildings, company events, and all-hands — from hotdog lunches to a proper Christmas party. You'll help keep the office atmosphere good and new colleagues feeling welcome, and support onboarding and offboarding.
- Admin and invoicing. You'll issue invoices, keep track of receipts, and make sure the admin side runs smoothly.
What we're looking for
- You take initiative — when you see something needs doing, you just do it, and you have room to do things your way.
- You stay calm on days when the plan changes. No drama, just flexibility.
- You communicate easily and naturally, with colleagues and outside contacts alike.
- You feel at home in Google Workspace and Slack.
Nice to have
- Experience in office management, reception, or a similar operational role.
- Experience organizing events.
- Experience issuing invoices and related admin work.
- An eye for detail and aesthetics.
What we offer
- Offices at Park Chodov. Primarily on-site, with occasional home office by arrangement with Adéla.
- A partially covered Multisport card.
- A learning budget (events, courses, webinars) and English lessons.
- Team events that aren't mandatory. We've been to the mountains, rafted down the Berounka river, cook together regularly, and run company breakfasts, laser tag, or paintball.
- We have TACO — we send each other peer recognition and collect it for our company store: cinema tickets, a day off, or a choice of hardware.
- An environment where you know what's going on — we run regular all-hands and share pretty much everything — and colleagues who are happy to help.
What happens next
Send your CV and a few lines about what you're currently looking for — no formal cover letter needed, a casual email is fine. Alžběta will reach out to set up a 30-minute call to align expectations. If it's a good fit, you'll move on to an interview with Adéla (your future manager), and possibly a final conversation with Pavel (CEO) if relevant.
Not sure you're a perfect match? Reach out anyway. :-)
